VESmail Enterprise

The admin token is saved on the server. Use vesmadm to manage this VESmail instance from the command line.

User Access List

Each user will need to download the VESmail app to each of their devices to which they will use their enterprise email account. They can then use the ADD EMAIL button on the app to properly access their Account Manager page for their enterprise account. Regardless if they have the app or not, when adding a user to this list they will automatically receive an email with a link to properly access their Account Manager page for their enterprise account but that link will not function until the VESmail app has been loaded on their device. You can also use the NOTIFY option below to resend the link for the user to access their Account Manager page for this enterprise email account.

Enterprise Compliance

The email addresses below are used to allow the enterprise to monitor the encrypted email messages sent by all users of the enterprise instance. You may want to create/designate a special email address not associated with an actual user, but available to a number of auditors, such as audit@myenterprise.com.

VESrecovery Inheritance

Every new user added to the access list for this enterprise will immediately inherit the below VESrecovery settings, giving them immediate safety from key loss. They can change these settings afterward.

Number of friends needed to assist

We strongly recommend selecting 2 friends, no less and no more. Having 2 friends adds significant security over one friend.
